While in hypnosis and in touch with the subconscious mind, you can understand what motivates or blocks you from reaching your goals.
How does it work?
While in hypnosis, your subconscious mind is open and Rene will give you suggestions that ease cravings, release food triggers and motivates you to exercise. Hypnosis helps you bring your subconscious mind into alignment with your goals and desires. When you begin to understand yourself and how you use food in your life, hypnosis makes it easier for you to reach your health goals and leaves you feeling healthy, strong and in control.
Rene Brent Hypnosis will teach you techniques to decrease your stress levels and the effects it can have on your mind and body. You will learn a technique called tapping or EFT. When you decrease the stress hormone cortisol, you will find it easier to lose weight and you begin to sleep better.
The first session will be two hours in order to allow time to discuss your personal goals and challengers. You will experience a personalized Hypnotic session and leave with a recording you can to listen to again and again to help you reach your goals
