I saw Rene because I was deathly afraid of flying and my entire family was going on a cruise to Alaska. I thought I could do it on my own. The day before, I panicked and thought I was going to have to cancel. My children would have been devastated. Rene is very busy but she fit me in that day. She worked with me for two hours and the next day, I got on that plane. I was calmer and almost enjoyed it. It was an amazing family vacation. She was reassuring, patient and funny.
Stress is unfortunately not unexpected. At some point in our lives stress rears its ugly head and manifests itself in many shapes and forms. Rene did a fabulous job of introducing my staff to many simple techniques that can be used throughout the day and relaxation exercises that will encourage a restful sleep. Rene took a group of 50 teachers through an exercise that actually put us in a state of calm that sent us home with peace in our hearts and tools for the future.
