What can you expect in the first session?
We spend time discussing why you want to quit and when you find yourself smoking. You will have time to discuss concerns regarding the process and what to expect. We review stresses in your life and learn effective coping techniques.
When you feel comfortable, then the hypnosis begins.
Rene will record the entire personalized hypnotic session and send you a download for the MP3 file or take home the CD. You will leave the session feeling hopeful, calm and relaxed. This work will motivate you and excited that you are choosing health and saving money as you do it!
How soon do you see results?
Results may be seen after the first 90 minute session. A three session protocal is encouraged in order to help you live confidently as a nonsmoker.
